2008 Hill and Bale Entry Process

To register your team for this year's race, please follow the following steps. (Coaches - if you're confused by all of the computer stuff, have one of your students help you - 99% of them will have no problems).
- Download this file to your PC by clicking on the link below and selecting the "Save" option. Save the file to your Desktop. If you do not get a "Save" option, try right-clicking and see if you get a "Save Target As.." option.
- Open up this file using Excel and fill in a row for each participant. Both boys and girls can be entered on the same spreadsheet. Do not change the format of the spreadsheet. Do not include blank rows. It is not necessary to indicate whether runners are Varsity or JV.
- Once the information is completed, send an email to roger@theracedirector.com and include the completed file as an attachment. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 3!!
- Return to this site periodically to see a list of all teams that are registered. If you find you need to add or delete participants, send the information in a note to the same email address.
