 Recent 2010 Changes:

01/07/10

Enhanced the data selection choices when producing Age Graded results.

02/14/10

Corrected a bug that caused the chip results import to not recognize (for ChronoTrack) when a chip result is for a participant who is not set up.

02/28/10

Time Machine:  Implemented new serial communications routines in the Time Machine interface.  These new routines should help eliminate the intermittent problems reported where communication suddenly stops.

03/02/10

Corrected a bug in the sequencing of the team members on the detail team report when you choose multiple divisions in a multiple segment race.

03/06/10

Corrected a minor bug when running the combined team report for an event other than cross country.

03/14/10

Fixed the Mixed Case Override setting in Update - Participants so that it should not accidentally get switched on if you tab to it.  Also fixed the screen so that this field disappears when the name selection grid comes up on the screen.

03/14/10

Final changes to 2010 Chip scoring - 1)  Added "Ignore Times Over" setting for when importing start times.  2) Remember all "Ignore times under/over" by type of time so that you only need to set them once.  3)  Overrides to chip result no longer require that you clear and re-import the results.  4)  If you set the race as having Participant Level wave offsets, you can import these directly now in Enter Results -> Chip Results.  When you have Participant Level wave offsets, you will be given the choice of importing Wave times IN PLACE OF importing Start times.  When you have participant level waves, the start time and wave offset time is considered to mean the same thing.

03/16/10

Corrected a bug that caused the division placement to be wrong in certain scenarios where a participant is disqualified in a multiple segment race.

03/24/10

Improved the scanning speed when using the IPICO registration reader for inputting bib / chip assignments.

03/24/10

Fixed the date checking on IPICO results import to work no matter which date format you use.  Previously, it only worked with US format - MDY.

03/28/10

Fixed a bug that caused the place numbering to be incorrect on the Overall results report when you begin printing at other than position number 1.

03/28/10

Made a correction to the Chip Results Entry process so that you can clear direct results using the button on this screen even if you have a Direct Connect process going.

04/10/10

Corrected the direct ChronoStore import on the Age Group and Overall report to take into consideration the bib/chip assignments when that option is selected in a ChronoTrack race.

04/13/10

Corrected a bug that was causing a failure when importing participant data that includes predicted time.

04/25/10

Changed the Overall Result Report to always initialize the setting for auto sending the GRU file to un-checked.  Too many are complaining that they send these files later by mistake when re-printing results for other reasons.

04/26/10

Corrected the terminology in the default registration confirmation email text from "Sex:" to "Gender:".

04/27/10

Corrected a bug that caused the wrong participants information to be placed in the subject line on emails generated from Update -> Participants.

04/28/10

Major Performance Boost: Located and corrected the problem that was causing long delays when printing or displaying Race Director report where you are using Vista or Win 7.

05/02/10

Corrected a file contention problem when running the Age Graded results report in data share mode.

05/11/10

Corrected a problem with spreadsheet output on multiple segment races.  The overall placement was reported as the segment placement.

06/29/10

Corrected a bug in the "List Divisions" process on the Tailor -> Divisions where the count of participants was not coming out right.

08/02/10

Corrected a bug on the overall results report which would sometimes eliminate the male top finishers on an awards only report - if you had the "Show DNF" setting on.

08/10/10

Corrected a bug in the calculation process for multiple segment races that caused incorrect rankings when the first finisher in specific race segment is also disqualified.

08/23/10

Corrected a bug on the Overall Results report for situation where you select to split the report by gender and show both genders - the DNF participants were not showing.
